Q. Do you accept insurance?

Yes!  We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and are working to contract with Tricare and United Healthcare Medicaid.  

Q. Can you submit an out of network reimbursement request to my insurance company?

Yes!  We will submit an out of network reimbursement request on your behalf and work to maximize the benefits.  We cannot guarantee reimbursement but will do our best!

Q. Is there a discount for self-pay?

Yes!  Our self-pay rates are in discounted so please ask us for more details.
